Traffic Amnesty Program:

The Judges of the 19th JDC have authorized a traffic amnesty period for all persons on the published traffic amnesty list whose last name begins with the letter "A."  This amnesty period will only last two weeks beginning at 8:30 am on July 20, 2009 and ending at 4:30 pm on July 31, 2009 .  Only for this two week amnesty period have the Judges authorized the waiver of all late fees and bench warrant fees for persons who come into the Court's Traffic Division to handle all of their outstanding traffic issues.  All court fines and court costs must still be paid.  All proof of restitution and attendance at driving schools must still be provided.  As an added convenience, the Judges have also authorized the opening of the traffic office on Saturday, July 25, 2009 from 9 am until 1 pm , for the payment of outstanding traffic matters only.  Contested matters and reassignments cannot be handled on Saturday.

Disclaimer:

The names published on the traffic amnesty list are taken from the records of the 19th JDC for persons recorded as having an unresolved traffic matter as of July 14, 2009.  In the event of any discrepancy between this list and actual Court records, the actual Court records will control.
